Experiential Trailers That Move Your Brand

An experiential trailer is a custom-built, fully branded mobile unit that brings your brand activation straight to your target audience. EventRent designs, builds and delivers experiential trailers for festivals, product launches, sampling campaigns and pop-up retail across the UK and Europe. We handle every step ourselves: concept, in-house build, branding, transport and on-site setup. Each unit is customized around your campaign, so the trailer fits the activation and not the other way round. Looking to connect with customers face to face? Get in touch!

What an Event Trailer Can Do for Your Brand

An experiential trailer puts your brand in front of the right crowd, the people in your target market, in the place they already are. Sample a new drink at a music festival, demo a freshly launched car at a city centre activation, hand out product at a retail pop-up, or run a hands-on experience at a trade show. Each setup gets your team meeting customers face to face, where a website or a stand cannot. That direct contact is what experiential marketing is built on, and it is what turns events into memorable brand experiences. A pop-up retail trailer works for short high-street runs that build awareness, while a longer mobile marketing campaign keeps the same branded space moving between sites. Our experiential trailer fleet

Our UK fleet covers the full range of branded units. Our Mobile Showrooms give you a premium, walk-in space for launches and brand previews. Expandable trailers slide out on site: the 30ft event expandable opens to around 45 m2 of floor, with LED lighting, double-glazed glass and climate control already built in. Pop-up store trailers suit short retail runs, InfoVans handle mobile radio shows, conference and can function as a mobile office. Whilst mobile stages and stage trailers cover live events and performances. These mobile platforms and event trailers are each sized for a different job, so a compact sampling run and a full product launch each get the right footprint. Whichever size you pick, every unit is configured around your brand and your campaign goals, not a fixed template. Custom branding, inside and out

Every experiential trailer is wrapped in your brand colours and fitted out to match your identity and carry your brand message inside and out. On the 30ft expandable that means LED ceiling lighting, premium glass panels, PVC flooring and full power wiring as standard, ready for whatever the activation needs. Product displays, screens and interactive units go in where your campaign calls for them. The interior is shaped around the activation, not built from fixed modules, so the space works the way your brand needs it to and helps drive product sales on the day.

Full-service: from concept to activation

If needed, one team runs the whole programme, so you have a single point of contact the entire time. We handle the creative, design and build in-house, wrap the trailer in your identity, and our logistics team handles transport to each location across the UK and Europe. On-site, we take care of setup, styling and any last-minute adjustments, and our crew stays on hand during the event to keep things running. When the activation wraps, we collect the trailer and take it back into storage. That full-service model works for brands and agencies, on a single launch or a multi-stop experiential roadshow marketing campaign.

Sustainable experiential trailer options

Brand activations should not cost the planet. Some of our experiential trailers can run on Blue Diesel, a renewable HVO fuel. It contributes to an approximate 90% reduction in CO2 emissions compared with standard diesel. We also run fully electric units in our fleet, and the 30ft expandable opens and closes on a fully electric slide-out mechanism, so the kit runs cleaner on site for a low-emission roadshow. Frequently asked questions

What is an experiential trailer?

A custom-built, fully branded mobile unit that takes your brand activation directly to your audience. EventRent designs and builds experiential trailers for festivals, product launches, sampling campaigns and retail pop-ups, then delivers and operates them on site across the UK, throughout Europe and internationally, including the United States.

How long does it take to design and build an experiential trailer?

Timelines depend on the build. A standard configuration from our existing fleet can be ready in a few weeks; a fully custom trailer with bespoke fit-out takes longer. Your campaign dates set the schedule.

How much does an experiential trailer cost in the UK?

Cost depends on trailer size, branding, tech integration and how long you need it on the road, so the budget reflects the campaign rather than a fixed package. EventRent works on a quote basis rather than fixed prices, which keeps your investment in line with the activation you actually run. The longer the hire period, the more cost-effective the daily rate becomes thanks to our tiered pricing structure.

Can the trailer be sited at any UK venue or event?

Most sites work with the right planning. Our logistics team coordinates access, power and any permits with the venue or local authority, whether that is a festival field, a city centre square or a trade show hall. We handle the transport and setup at each location.

Do you also deliver experiential trailers across Europe?

Yes. We operate across the UK and Europe and America, so the same branded trailer can move between countries for a multi-stop tour. One team manages the logistics across every location.
