How Coca-Cola Turned a Mobile Pop-Up into a Nationwide Roadshow

Launching a new product takes more than advertising. It requires an experience that captures attention, encourages interaction and leaves a lasting impression.

To introduce Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Zero Caffeine in Italy, Coca-Cola chose a mobile pop-up experience instead of a traditional sampling campaign. The result was the Zero Worries Tour; a roadshow designed to bring the brand directly to consumers.

A Pop-Up That Invited People to Stay

For this activation, our InfoWheels Boutique was transformed into a fully branded Coca-Cola “Glass House.” Designed as a cosy living room on wheels, the pop-up offered visitors a place to relax, enjoy a refreshing Coca-Cola and escape the busy city for a moment.

Rather than simply handing out samples, the activation encouraged people to spend time with the brand. Interactive activities, personalised giveaways and instant photo opportunities created an engaging experience that visitors were eager to share both on-site and online.

The campaign first launched in Milan, where the concept immediately proved its success. Thanks to the flexibility of the InfoWheels Boutique, the same premium experience was then replicated across nine cities throughout Italy.

This demonstrates one of the biggest advantages of a mobile roadshow. A single concept can be transported from location to location while maintaining a consistent brand experience, allowing companies to connect with audiences nationwide without the need for permanent retail spaces.

Why Mobile Pop-Up Experiences Work

Consumers increasingly want to experience products before making a purchase. A mobile pop-up gives brands the opportunity to create meaningful face-to-face interactions in busy city centres, shopping districts and event locations.

Whether it’s a product launch, sampling campaign or nationwide roadshow, a mobile activation combines flexibility, visibility and engagement in one scalable solution.

The Coca-Cola Zero Worries Tour is a perfect example of how one mobile concept can evolve into a successful multi-city campaign while delivering the same premium brand experience at every stop.
